Udaipur Lantern Festival is one of its kind events occurred every year in Udaipur which encourages mutual celebration of Diwali Festival through releasing hundreds of colorful sky lanterns and urging people to evade excessive use of fire crackers and be responsible in saving the environment.

Organized by UdaipurBlog.com, a popular local city blog website, this year The Udaipur Lantern Festival will be held on 8th Nov, Sunday at Ashoka Palace, 100ft Road from 5pm onwards.

Apart from Lanterns, the event will be consisted of many fun and frolics including Music Show, Food Fest, DJ Party and even a dedicated Selfie Zone for selfie lovers. The first lantern festival was held in year 2012 at Fateh Sagar and since then the event received great support and popularity by locals of all age and background.

To attend the event, one need have entry pass and certain portion of amount received from the passes will be donated to the needy.
