The auspicious occasion of Eid ul-Fitr was celebrated in Udaipur city with enthusiasm and harmony. The Muslims observed prayers, greeted each other and enjoyed the festival to its fullest.

Thousands of Muslims gathered at Paltan Masjid and other prominent Masjids across the city to attend the Eid prayers followed by Khutba. Prayers for love, peace, harmony and success for the country and citizens filled the air.

All other Masjids situated in different areas namely, Badi Masjid, Dargah Maulana Zihauddin Saheb, Laharo ki Masjid, Madina Masjid, etc. observed the Eid Namaz.

Eid ul-Fitr is the celebration after the month long fasting during Ramadan.
