Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma paid a visit yesterday to Animal Aid Charitable Trust situated in Badi. The animal lover aspect of Anushka came out during the visit.

Anushka visited the trust with her father Ajay Kumar Sharma. She spent considerable time at the place trying to understand the working and care given to animals at the institution.

She expressed her sadness on the state of stray and wounded animals that were being taken care of at the institution. She was seen giving milk to baby goats with her hands.

She also caressed the wounded dogs and helped them get on to cart wheels. The staff informed her about the hydotherapy that was given to wounded animals. Anushka also played a supporting role to staff in covering wounds of animals.
