Shooting of French film ‘Les Cowboys’ begins in Udaipur

The directorial debut ‘Les Cowboys’ of critically acclaimed screenwriter Thomas Bidegain is being shot in Udaipur at community hall, situated at Chitrakoot Nagar. The shooting will continue till 24th January at Pula, Devgarh, Delwara and Kathar etc.

The directorial debut ‘Les Cowboys’ of critically acclaimed screenwriter Thomas Bidegain is being shot in Udaipur at community hall, situated at Chitrakoot Nagar. The shooting will continue till 24th January at Pula, Devgarh, Delwara and Kathar etc.

‘Les Cowboys’ or ‘Cowboys’ is the story of a father who teams with his son to search for his daughter after she goes missing. The daughter goes missing after starting to date a Muslim fundamentalist. This prompts the duo to search across the globe for her.

The film is said to depict serious issues with political, social and religious overtones. It’s a tragic movie that shows the how a family rips apart with the disappearance of the girl.

Filming in underway and is expected to finish by late January. Most of the film has been shot in Europe.
