Udaipur Lakecity Ladies Circle’s Fund-raiser, “Bak-e-licious” culminated amidst lots of cheer, delectable savories and aromatic richness, yesterday at Field Club.

ULLC Chairperson, Samprati Dugar said, “Recently inaugurated, Udaipur Lakecity Ladies Circle (ULLC) is a group of 17 vibrant & enthusiastic young women, dedicated towards the betterment of society especially in the field of education. It is a non-profitable organization.”

Nipika Bhansali, Vice-Chairperson, Sangeeta Gattani, Secretary and Aarti Nyati, Treasurer of ULLC also spoke about the various activities and projects undertaken by the organization.

The Event took place at the Field Club on Friday 14 Dec. There were 80 enthusiastic participants, taking feverish notes, while Roshni Jain taught one delicacy after the other. Jain is the owner of Patisserie Station in Mumbai and specializes in all types of desserts.

The desserts taught in this particular workshop included, Cupcakes, Tiramisu, Jelly whip Mousse with Strawberry Compote, English Madeleines and Chocolate Cherry Trifle.

Each participant was given a box of samples of all the items taught and prepared – Courtesy Roshni Jain & Udaipur Lakecity Ladies Circle.

The money collected will go to charities supported by the Udaipur Lakecity Ladies Circle. Many participants also donated towards the Club’s on-going project ‘Soles 4 Souls’ wherein the funds collected will be used to buy shoes for the poor school-going children.
