The famed Treasure Hunt 2012 organized in the joint association of Udaipur Lakecity Round Table (ULRT-206) and Udaipur Lakecity Ladies Circle ended today at Oriental Palace Resort with the ray of hope for the underprivileged children of Udaipur as the event marked to raise funds to facilitate education.

60 students of Blind School teamed with treasure hunt participants and assisted them to find clue with Braille script.

Anurag Nahar stood first while Chirag Vajavat made it to second position. Two people Abhimanyu Singh Jhala and Neeraj Sharma stood at third position and Vikramjeet Singh achieved fourth place in the Treasure Hunt 2012.

Rally was inaugurated by Anil Sharma, Managing Director of Rajasthan Road Development Corporation.

On the occasion, Anil Sharma said, “This competition is organized with a great motive. He assured that the organization will accomplish its target and will soon help the deprived children”.

Chairman Udaipur Lakecity Round Table, Pankaj Duggar informed that a total of 60 cars participated in the event. Every car had one man and one woman with a blind boy or a blind man to navigate it.

Teams were given the area of 37 kilometers in which they had to reach their target through the clues which were written in Braille script.

Secretary of the club Nitin Gattani said, “The collection received from the event, which could reach 20 lac, will be used to build 5-6 classrooms in the school situated at Badgaon village near Udaipur”.
