A 10-year old boy bit on the hands of a kidnapper to thwart a kidnapping attempt. The incident happened yesterday (Saturday) evening in Malla Talai area.

Mohammad Ahad Raza(10) had gone to play near his home on his cycle. A man came to him and showed him 2 notes of Rs 500 and asked him to come along with him to buy him stuff. When Ahad refused, the man forcefully tried to take Ahad. On this, Ahad bit the man on his hand. The man got agitated on this and started abusing Ahad and threatening to take him away.

Ahad somehow managed to run from the scene and reached his home. Ahad’s parents immediately lodged a complaint with Ambamata Police Station and demanded security for Ahad and for nabbing the culprit.

Ahad is a student of 5th grade in Maharana Mewar Public School. He said that the kidnapper was a tall well built guy and had was wearing earings.
