Hiranmagri police nabbed a bike-theft gang in Singoli (Neemuch). 15 bikes stolen from Udaipur were recovered from the houses of relatives of these bike thieves.

Pradeep Singh resident of Devali, Hariram resident of Hiranmagri, Arjun, Sanjay Singh and Gautam were arrested while they were planning another bike theft. 4 lakh rupees in cash, 2 automatic pistols with magazines, 18 live cartridges, 2 swords and a car was recovered from these 5 bike thieves. The gang confessed committing a number of robberies and vehicle thefts and also chain-snatching.

15 bikes were recovered from the residences of relatives of these thieves. The bikes were stolen from various points in Udaipur city. A number of bikes were also seized during checking in the absence of documents. Police is also trying to recover all the items which were stolen by these thieves from a house in Ambamata area.

Not just this, Pradeep Singh even stole clothes from his neighbour’s house in Devali. The gang also used to steal gold and jewellery. To avoid being caught with gold, they used to take gold loan from finance companies instead of selling it to jewellers.
