In an unfortunate incident today afternoon, a 16 year old girl was found hanging by the ceiling fan at her home.

As per information given by the Police, the girl, a student of Class X was alone at home while her family was away attending a funeral and her sister was at college.

At 1pm today, when the deceased’s sister returned from college to her home at T Road Bhupalpura, she was shocked to find that her younger sister was hanging from the ceiling fan.

The girl informed her parents immediately and the dead body was shifted to the mortuary. The body was handed back to the relatives after post mortem.

A case of suicide is suspected, but investigations are on.
