Block Chief Medical Officer (BCMO) of Bhinder and Health in charge of Kheroda with one another person arrested by Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) for taking bribe of Rs.20000 in return of exempting action against an illegally operated dispensary.

ACB has first arrested the accused Arjun Garg who played the role of broker and demanded the bribe. Following Garg’s arrest, ACB also caught the main accused Dr S.P Sharma (BCMO, Bhinder) and Dr Kamlendra Singh Tanwar (Health in charge).

According to Ad S.P Brijesh Soni of ACB, the incident came to light when a person identified as Sanjay Dangi was reprimanded by both doctors for running illegal dispensary and both accused doctors started the procedure of seizing the dispensary, however the clinic was not shut down and an offer was made by Arjun Garg to ‘settle’ the issue with Rs.20000.

Dangi approached ACB and narrated the whole story, after verifying the episode, the team of ACB laid the trap and caught Arjun Garg red handed while taking the money. Garg later revealed names of main accused.
