A father and daughter duo have filed a case of fraud against the infamous Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society.As per the complaint, the father-daughter duo invested crores of rupees and when they went to collect their money upon maturity of the fixed deposit, they learnt that the investors had shut down the company.

8 people have been accused of this fraud. Mukesh Modi, Virendra Modi, Ishwar Singh Singhal, Rahul Modi, Manohar Lal Menaria, Rituraj and Balwant Singh Chauhan have been accused of fraud by Khudiram Gangwar and his daughter Chintan. 

AS per the complaint in Bhupalpura police station, the society gave plenty of assurances based on which the Gangwar family invested in 2 FDs worth 1.37 crores and 23.65 lakhs. At the time of maturity of these FDs they went to claim their maturity amount but the society organisers closed down the office and did not return a single penny till date.

There have been several cases of fraud against this credit coperative society. Public invested and lost their hard earned money not realising that the credit society would play such a fraud with the investors. The society has been accused of fraud of more than 14 thousand crore rupees and the investors are crying over the lost money.
