A mother-son duo and 2 others have been arrested by Hiranmagri police. The 4 accused created a fake property will as they wanted the entire property in their possession. 

As informed by police, Tina Dhabhai wife of Manish Dhabhai had lodged a complaint against her mother-in-law Jasoda and her son Ravish and Jayprakash and Shailendra for fraudulent act in the property papers.

As per the complaint, the accused had created a fake will to take over the property of Tina after the death of her husband. Police has recovered the fake will from the accused and arrested all the 4 people. 

In her report, Tina mentioned that she had a court marriage with Manish. Her father-in-law had 2 wives and her husband was the son of the first wife. Before the death of her husband, her second mother-in-law along with her son and others bought a fake stamp paper in her husband's name and created a fake will stating that the entire property was transferred in her name.
