Ambamata Police arrested 4 students of RNT Medical College for disturbing law and order situation. All the four students were drunk at time of the incident.

As per details received, the incident happened on Friday evening. The 4 medical students had gone to a resort for swimming. Later they ordered food. After that they got into some argument with the hotel employees. On this, the hotel management ended up calling Police. When a police constable reached the spot, the medical students also got into a heated altercation with him. After this Police arrested them for disturbing law and order situation.

The students were taken to Police station where their breath analyzer test confirmed that all four were under influence of alcohol. The students were presented to ADM Court on Saturday and later released on bail.

The four students however denied the charges and accused Police of forcefully keeping them in Police Station for the night and even hitting them.
