8 Arrested for Abusing Woman, including her Husband

The Police seemed to have raised its vigil to superlative levels, as a result of which, they have arrested a total of Eight individuals who were found accused in the Sarada Case, where a woman was abused and her alleged lover was tied by the mob and the people of the Panchayat on 22nd July, 2012.

The Police seemed to have raised its vigil to superlative levels, as a result of which, they have arrested a total of Eight individuals who were found accused in the Sarada Case, where a woman was abused and her alleged lover was tied by the mob and the people of the Panchayat on 22^nd July, 2012.

Police arrested many individuals including the Husband of the woman – Haam Meena s/o Kunja Meena, Ram Lal s/o Dema Meena, Babulal s/o Vela Meena, Gautam s/o Gunja Meena, Laxman s/o Heera Meena, Vel Chand s/o Gunja Meena, Mavji s/o Kunja Meena and Assistant Sarpanch of Paal Sarada – Nand Lal s/o Gyaan Ram Meena.

The victimised woman is now with her two brothers Sresh Meena and Gheri Lal Meena at Ambala.

UPDATE: 7 people from 8 arrested yesterday are sent to Jail today, whereas the husband of the victim (woman) is now under remand.

UPDATE (27-07-12): Nathu along with Haam Meena, Husband of victim is sent to jail whereas Kadma, driver of Jeep which was used to brought victim along with her alleged lover is now under remand.
