Parents of a minor old girl were in shock when their 15 year old girl gave birth to a baby.She was admitted to a hospital after it was found out that she was pregnant and was in labour.She was rushed to the government hospital of the Dungarpur district after she complaint of a stomach ache on Thursday night.
However an FIR of rape has been lodged against one Dhanraj who is an auto rickshaw driver and lives in a nearby village named as Juthari.
As per victim's report she told police it was on the day Holi she went to the village located in one of the nearby village from there she took an auto rickshaw for Simalwara to purchase some cloths, on the way to Simalwara the auto rickshaw driver Dhanraj forcefully shared his mobile numbers with her, there after they started talking to each other on mobile phone ans it continued for a long time.
On 5th May Dhanraj called the victim girl in the night and asked her to meet him, when she refused to do so, he went to her village that night and threatened her to meet him, she went to meet him after which he took her to Juthari village on his motorcycle, he driven her to the Mahatma Gandhi School of the area where he allegedly raped her and later dropped her back to her house.
Over the months she got pregnant and when she tried to call Dhanraj he did not answer her calls. On 7th December she had developed labour pain and was unable to bear the agony when she informed her parents. Assuming that she was suffering from some abdominal pain they rushed her to the hospital and later it was found she is actually pregnant and she had delivered a child on Thursday night.
A team of Chorasi police station of Dungarpur district also rushed to the hospital upon getting the information of the incident and launched an investigation into the matter after getting a complaint against the auto rickshaw driver.
The station house officer of the Chorsi police station Bhemji Garasia said that the investigation is underway and appropriate action will be taken against the culprit once the investigation will get over.
