Anti Corruption Bureau conducted a raid at the residence of SE of Mines and Geology Department. Reportedly documents related to crores of FD and properties were recovered in this raid. The raid was conducted at the residence of Diwan Singh Deora who is basically a resident of Sirohi and was residing in Udaipur due to his job. 
As per ACB sources, they had set a trap since last one and half month after Deora was accused of taking bribe worth 1.50 lakh rupees.Post this, it was also discovered that he owned undeclared assests. ACB was closely monitoring his activities and also collecting records of the properties he posessed. The moment the ACB team got a clear picture of Deora's illegal asstes, they conducted this raid. 
Deora owns 1 house each in VIP colony and  near Jeevan Tara Resort. From these houses, ACB found documents related to 5 properties, a crusher plant in Sikar, 100 bigha agricultural land in Sirohi, FD worth 1.81 crores and 65,000 rupees in cash. Apart from this, documents related to a hotel in Pindwara, 1 acre land in Bengaluru, poclain machine worth 56 lakhs, 4 cars including a Creta, 1 tractor and 2 lakh rupees.He also owns properties in Rajsamand, Sirohi and Jaipur. The raid was conducted at 10 a.m. which went on until evening. 
ACB has arrested Diwan Singh Deora and taken him to Jaipur for further investigations.
