Some youths opened fire on the owner of New Bagh Hotel on Chirva road on 12^th July. They were absconding since then. These 3 were arrested from Nimbahera on Monday.

As per reports, Deepak Menaria resident of Paneriyon ki Madri, Lakshman Singh from Nimbahera and Krishnakant Menaria resident of Hiranmagri were arrested by Chittorgarh police. The 3 youths were returning from a picnic in Menal and were in possession of 2 loaded pistols. While on their way to Chittorgarh, Deepak and Lakshman tried to open one of the pistols in car. They hit the trigger unknowingly and the bullet from the pistol hit their legs. Krishnakant dropped his two injured accomplices in hospital and escaped with the car. Hospital authorities informed the police immediately. Police went after Krishnakant based on the information given by the two injured youths and arrested him from Eidgah choraha.

The loaded pistols and 3 live cartridges have been recovered by police. The car has also been seized. The three accused will be brought to Udaipur under production warrant.
