The special team formed to deal with the cases of ‘Highway Loots’ succeeded in catching one of the accused involved in 12 such cases since January 2014 on Jaipur-Ahemdabad Highway.

With the increasing number of cases of loots on highway in the recent past, a team was formed including Bheru Singh, ASI; Pratap Singh, Head Constable; Kana Ram, Constable and Poonam Chand, Constable; led by Vardi Chand started rounding up the habitual criminals and previous accused of such cases.

Today whilst investigation, they brought Mukesh (35), resident of Togarnala Village, Rishabhdev; who accepted to have partaken in 12 highway loots since January 2014.

He also named his other allies in the crime as Shanti Lal, Rakesh, Devilal, dhula, Narayan and Mukesh. Police is investigating further into the case.
