Accused Sent to Judicial Custody in Udaipur 'Car Rape' Case
In the alleged Sukher car 'rape' case involving an IT firm manager, the three accused have been sent to judicial custody after police remand
Udaipur, Dec 30, 2025 - In the alleged rape case inside a moving car involving a female manager working for an IT firm, the Court on Monday (December 29) sent the three accused, including a woman, to judicial custody.
After completing five days of police custody remand, the police produced the accused before the Court on Monday, following which they were sent to judicial custody.
Readers may recall that on December 23, the victim lodged a complaint at the Sukher police station accusing the company’s CEO, a female executive and her husband of "raping" her inside a moving car.
Following the registration of the case, the police detained all three accused and produced them before the Court, from where they were taken on police custody remand for interrogation. The investigation in the case is currently underway.
The accused are being represented by Advocates Rajendra Singh Hiran and Ravindra Singh Hiran.
