Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society scam took the nation by storm. Rahul Modi and Mukesh Modi are in the wanted list of 15 states for a gigantic amount totalling to 9474 crore rupees. As per the latest news, the 2 Modi scamsters have been arrested by Ambamata police and brought to Udaipur from Jaipur on production warrant.

The court after interrogating these 2 scamsters sent them back behind bars. It may be noted that Sukher and Surajpole police stations might also arrest them for interrogations related to the scam as cases have been registered in these police stations as well.

After all the reports against Rahul and Mukesh Modi by the victims in 2019, a detailed investigation was carried out and it was discovered that Special Operations Group (SOG) Jaipur had arrested them after receiving complaints from the investors in Jaipur.

After checking all the records, it was revealed that Adarsh Credit Co-op Society has accounts in Axis Bank at UIT bridge. Any kind of amount deposited in the office of the society was deposited in Axis Bank. This amount was then taken to the head office in Ahmedabad and invested in various properties. The 2 scamsters never returned any amount to the investors upon the maturity of the FDs and always invested in properties. Complaints made in this direction resulted in detailed investigations bringing out the scam.
