Aqua Party Organizers Arrested, sent to Judicial Custody
Dushyant Periwal and Saurabh Arya organizers of Aqua Party 2.0 have been arrested and sent to judicial custody by Udaipur session court today and their bail plea is also rejected.

According to sources, both are arrested under section 382 and 323 of Indian Penal Code.
Additional Chief Magistrate Mukesh Verma has rejected the bail plea, though they can appeal further to High Court. “The bail petition is rejected as per the seriousness of offense” said Magistrate.
Dushyant and Saurabh allegedly attacked few journalists and snatched their video cameras on the night of 7 July, Saturday at Aqua Pool Party held at The Royal Retreat Hotel, Badi. A police complain is lodged by the journalists at Nai Police Station.
The Aqua party turned out to be one of the most controversial incidents involving many high level officials to investigate the matter including District Collector, Additional Magistrate, Inspector General and Additional Superintendent of Police.
Mix reactions have come from many youth of the city who condemn police action and blame media for biased reporting and unnecessary hype.
