Bail plea rejected in Devendra Vishnoi murder case
Bail plea of the accused in Devendra Vishnoi murder case has been rejected by the court.
Bail plea has been rejected by court in the Devendra Vishnoi murder case. Devendra Vishnoi was murdered on 20th May 2015 in New Bhupalpura.
Resident of New Bhupalpura Devendra Vishnoi was murdered by family members of Poonam, resident of Jalore. Poonam was living in New Bhupalpura with her lover Devendra Vishnoi. Both were living away from their respective spouses. Gopi Ram Darji from Sanchore, Buddha Ram Vishnoi, Govind Ram Vishnoi and Raju Ram Vishnoi all from Jalore were arrested for the murder of Devendra Vishnoi.
On the night of 20th May in 2015, Poonam’s husband Prakash Vishnoi along with a few professional criminals kidnapped Poonam and Devendra Vishnoi from their house in New Bhupalpura. They murdered Devendra in Iswal ka Ghata and threw his body in the bushes and forcibly took Poonam back to their village. Later Poonam was brought home by Devendra’s wife.
Poonam Vishnoi was later murdered by Devendra’s mother who planned it along with her relatives on 12th August 2015.
These 4 criminals had applied for bail in court which was rejected by ADJ-2 Mahesh Dave.
