A bike thief has been put on a 2 day remand by the court. The court suspects that some other vehicles, too, may have been stolen by him.

Almost 6 months back, a bike was stolen from VIP colony. The suspect may have stolen other vehicles; too, following which court has put him on a 2 day remand. One other bike thief has been put behind bars.

Irfan Sheikh s/o Riyaz Mohammed resident of Murshid Nagar in Savina was arrested for stealing bike of Mahendra Kumar Kohli resident of P&T colony in Sector 4. Kapil Vyas s/o Damodar Vyas resident of Hela Magri Rampura Choraha was arrested for stealing Hemant Nagda’s bike. Hemant’s bike was stolen on 30^th September while it was parked outside a garage in Rampura.

On the other hand, court has rejected bail pleas of accused in the case of selling stolen expensive cars. The accused Pankaj s/o Bhagwati Lal Soni resident of Banswara stole expensive cars, made fake registration papers and sold them. Session Judge Devendra Kachwaha rejected bail plea of Pankaj stating that he not only stole vehicles but made fake RCs before selling them into the market. The court declared that this offense is not bailable.
