Opposing the decision of marrying someone of her own wish, the brothers allegedly abducted their sister when she, with her boyfriend were about to marry at Udaipur court yesterday on 30th June.

The devastated boyfriend lodged a complaint with Bhopalpura Police, however no one is detained yet nor was the girl found.

According to police, the couple, Jaswant Singh Rathore and Khushi Kanwar both from Kurabad arrived in Udaipur to do a Court Marriage as their families were against their decision.

When the couple was waiting outside Udaipur court premises, a few people including the brothers of Khushi arrived in a black Scorpio and forcefully took her away. Jaswant Singh lodged a complaint against the brothers of Khushi; Rai Singh, Rud Singh and Takhat Singh including 10-12 people.

Both the boy and girl are from Naru village of Kurabad. Though they belong to the same community, their families had strict objection on their love affair, said a police personnel.
