Udaipur,24.04.23- Distrct police on Monday presented the chalan in the Lopda rape and murder case of a 9 year old girl of Mavli block  on after completing the investigation in the heinous incident within 22 days. 

The accused and his parents were arrested by the police in connection with the crime on 4th April two days after the chopped body of the victim was found in 3 bags kept at a desert house in the same village.

In the challan the police mentioned that the accused was addicted of watching porn clips and the FSL report of his mobile phone too revealed that he had watched porn clips for more than 30  times on the day of crime .

Deputy Sp Mavli and the investigating officer of the case Kailash Kunwar said that the case has been taken into Case Officer Scheme for getting speedy justice for the victim who was brutally assaulted by the accused. Kunwar said that utmost vigil was practiced during the course of investigations, which were carried out expeditiously without compromising on quality at any stage.

On Monday the 306 pages Chalan has been presented in Udaipur Court with 48 witnesses.

She said that depending upon the investigation report it can be said that the porn clips is the driving force behind the commitment of as it was found that he even watched few such clips minutes before the crime.

All the accused Including the key accused Kamlesh Rajput (21) and his parents were booked under section 363,302,376 (AB), 342,201,202 and 366 a of IPC and sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offense Act and section 84 of Juvenile Justice Act and section 4/25 of Arm Act.

As per the chalan the accused Kamlesh was watching the Porn video clip on 29th March at his house as his parents were out for some work. At the time same at around 4.30 pm when the victim girl was heading toward his uncles field one of the neighboring woman called her name, hearing the her name the accused came out of the house, he lured her for chocolate and took her inside her house where he raped her, but in the bid to stop her from shouting he chocked her mouth during which she died. But the accused was so much in influence of the porn clip that he once again raped her even after her death.

The chalan also mentions that during hos interrogation the accused revealed that he took the dead body of the victim girl inside the toilet and chopped it into 10 pieces with the help of a knife and a stone, then he stuffed the pieces into the bags (sacks) and than he first hide them inside the toilet.

The accused during the police interrogation also revelated that he started crime in front of his parent a day after he raped and killed the victim when his parent got to know about his  crime. Than he and his parents together  hatched a plan to dispose off the body parts and it was at around 11 pm when he shifted the bags containing the body parts to an isolated house.

In attempt to mislead the police than get involved in the search operation conducted by the police teams and the police found the chopped body parts of the victim on 1st April and later the accused was arrested the next days and the police have also arrested his parents on 4th April 2023.

On the other the entire Mavli Tehsil is in shock after the brutal incident and demanding capital punishment for the accused. Along with various organizations and social groups also staged protest against the incident and demanded strict action against the accused.

The Case:

It was on 29th March when the parents of a 9 year old girl filled a Missing Person Report at Mavli police station, following the report police have launched search operation and later on 1st April the chopped body of the victim girl was found in an isolated house located merely 400 meters away from her house. And police have arrested the accused Kamlesh later that night in relation to the crime.
 

Counsel of the victim Advocate Amit Paliwal said that the police has to present the chalan earlier in court on 19th April but due to some technical reasons the court ordered the police to remove the fault from the chalan and present it in the court.

As per police the accused was a school drop out, he been to Mumbai with his uncle's son regrading a job but returned back to Mavli after six months. It was his first crime earlier he did not have any criminal history.
