Child rescued from restaurant
Anti Human Trafficking unit rescued a child from Chamunda restaurant situated near Chungi Naka. A case has been lodged against the owner at Goverdhan Vilas Police station.
Anti Human Trafficking unit rescued a child from Chamunda restaurant situated near Chungi Naka. A case has been lodged against the owner at Goverdhan Vilas Police station.
Police reached the restaurant on a tip-off and found the child washing utensils. The child informed that he used to be paid Rs 4000 every month for 10-12 hours of work daily.
Police lodged a case under Juvenile Justice Act section 75 and 79 against the restaurant owner Laluram s/o Keshav Patel. The child was taken to Harish Paliwal, member of Bal Kalyan Samiti from where he was taken to Aasra Vikas Sansthan.
