Secure Meters is a company with a very high security. In spite of this, 2 cleaners managed to attempt burglary in the company. The accused stole laptops and other IT products worth 8 lakhs. Both the accused cleaners used to hide laptops and other things in the garbage bins and managed to sneak out all the while. Durgesh(19) s/o Ambalal Gameti and Narayan Lal(19) s/o Dhanna Gameti have been arrested by Hiranmagri police. 7 laptops and some IT products have been recovered from them.

These boys were appointed as cleaners in the Secure Meters factory. On 8^th May, an FIR was lodged by Prem Prakash Vyas, an employee of the company. Upon police investigations, 2 cleaners were held under suspicion. The accused admitted to stealing the laptops during police interrogation. They revealed that they used to hide the laptops in garbage bins and dump them in the factory’s garbage area. From here they would fill all the garbage in the municipality’s garbage truck and dump it in Balicha’s dumping area. The laptops were stolen at different points of time.

The investigation was carried out by SI Rajendra Singh Ranawat, Head constable Vikram Singh, Constable Upendra Singh, Rajendra Singh, Fateh Singh, Harish and Indrajeet Singh.
