A case was registered late night of Tuesday 14 Aug at Bhopalpura Police by the activists of CSS (Chatra Sangarsh Samiti) who have accused ABVP (Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad) members for tearing their election campaign posters.

According to Rajkumar Sharma, Activist, CSS, he got a call from one of his party members, informing about a group of people tearing  posters on Shastri Circle.  When members rushed to Court Chauraha, they found Hiren Patel, Dharmendra Soni and Vikram (urf Billa) all members of ABVP tearing the posters.

When the CSS members including Rajkumar tried to stop them, they escaped in their swift car in the process hurting Rajkumar on his leg during their hurried exit.

CSS members informed Police and Circle Inspectors of four police stations inlcuding Ghantagar, Hiran Magri, Pratap Nagar and Bhopalpura came on the scene. Madan Gehlot, CI, Bhopalpura filed a complaint and noted the names of the involved students.  The number through which Rajkumar got the call about someone tearing posters has also been traced by the Police.

On other hand while Hiren Patel, Member, ABVP was asked about the same, he denied the allegations completely.

As student elections are getting closer, the heat between opposing parties is getting fiery.  In the recent past, ABVP members tried to enter the residential premises of SP and now CSS has blamed ABVP of carrying out the episode.
