Bhawani Singh, SHO, Goverdhan Vilas Police Station informed that Jai Krishna Singh, resident of Mathura, UP has been made the prime accused along with 32 other accused in the case. The prime complainant in the case, Ganeshlal, said that the company came in 2006 and started their office at Apeksha Complex, Sector-11, Udaipur. The company officials had informed them that the company was registered with Government of India. The company dealt with taking investment in form of Fixed Deposits, Recurring deposits etc. Basis the money invested, after a specific time frame, depending on the money amount, a specific piece of land will be allotted to them around 30kms from the city or the money will be returned.
The company then opened another firm in the name of Agro Producer company. The investees in earlier company was told that for getting their initial investment, they will have to invest in Agro Producer. Around 20 Crores was invested in this company by a large number of people. The company office was suddenly shut in Udaipur. When the investors tried to connect in Mathura, they stopped receiving a response from there.

A 128 page FIR has been lodged in the case. Given the size of the FIR, Police was not able to file the FIR through the online system. A request was sent to NIRB Delhi for increasing the file size and only after that the FIR was registered.
