In a concerning incident early Sunday morning, on April 14,2024, two unidentified assailants fired multiple rounds of gun outside the Bandra residence of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The incident, captured on CCTV footage, has prompted swift action from law enforcement agencies. In response, an FIR has been registered against unidentified persons under IPC section 307 (attempt to murder) and the Arms Act.

Investigations by the Delhi Police suggest that one of the suspects may have ties to criminal activities in Gurugram, Haryana. This individual, allegedly involved in multiple killings and robberies, is suspected to be associated with gangster Rohit Godara, a known figure in the criminal underworld. He is associate of Lawrence Bishnoi, his brother Anmol and Goldy Brar.

Another suspect, identified as Vishal alias Kalu, has been linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Vishal, who was previously arrested in 2020 for motorbike theft and incarcerated in Tihar jail, is suspected to be one of the two assailants on the motorcycle during the shooting incident.

Anmol Bishnoi, brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, issued a warning to Salman Khan following the incident, labeling it as a "first and final warning."

Shortly after the shooting, a post attributed to Lawrence Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the incident, further deepening the complexity of the case. The Mumbai crime branch has taken over the investigation to delve into the connections between the suspects and their alleged criminal affiliations. Meanwhile, heightened security measures have been implemented around Khan's residence to prevent any further incidents.
