Hiran Magri Police has arrested five suspected accused today from Umarda Ghati. All suspects are habitual criminal and have number of cases lodged against them.

SHO Chagan Purohit has informed that, the accused Kalu Yadav (22), Ramesh Meena (25), Kassu Bheel, Pappu and Kamal all residents of Madhya Pradesh’s Jabua and Neemach are arrested from the forest near Umrada Ghati.

Acting on the tip off, the police team led a trap around the area where all suspects were hiding and detained them. During initial interrogation, it was found that all of them belonged to Madhya Pradesh and involved in number of cases of loot, robbery and theft.

One of the accused Ramesh Meena has 7 cases lodged against him since 2011. All the accused were lodged in Madhya Pradesh Jail and had recently came out on bail. The accused were also involved in theft, robbery and assault in Udaipur from past few days.
