By occupying fake land documents (patta) luxurious villas and commercial houses worth millions of rupees are constructed on the shore of Lake Pichola which is also a construction free zone. Today when Anti Corruption Bureau of Udaipur inspected few areas of Sisarma, the whole scene came into light. It was  in the year 2006 to 2009 the former sarpanch and head of Sisarma village sold about 232 land documents for just Rs.200/- per document. Regarding the information, ACB has already registered 9 cases against the former sarpanch, and to investigate the matter a special team is made which will be lead by ACB officials. The survey might take number of days to complete. Experts believes that these lands are worth crores of rupees. Though, ACB or any legal authority has not commented anything regarding this.
