Hathipole police raided a restaurant and found liquor being sold illegally. The owner has been arrested. 

Jeemo Sa restaurant at Pahadi Bus stand was raided by Hathipole police after information of liquor being sold without license. 

Police recovered 6 cartons of english liquor and beer from the restaurant. After getting informaton of illegal liquor, police performed a raid at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.

The restaurant owner Purbia was arrested immediately and the liquor cartons were seized.
