Imposter attempts to Steal from Temple in Hiran Magri
The Hiran Magri Police registered a case on 9th September, where an imposter posing as a Priest tried to steal various items from a temple the same morning at Sector 4, Hiran Magri.
The Hiran Magri Police registered a case on 9th September, where an imposter posing as a Priest tried to steal from a temple today morning at Sector 4, Hiran Magri.
According to the Police, Subhash Jain s/o Laxmi Chand Jain, resident of Purana Bazar, Madhya Pradeh entered the premises of Parshwanath Digambar Jain Temple, Sector 4 at 8.30AM dressed as a Priest. After a while, he took the Silver Kalash from the temple and started walking out of the premises.
Noticing the activity, people stopped and questioned him, after which he accepted not being a Priest. The people then informed police immediately. Jhamaklal Rajmal Jain, President, Temple Committee lodged a case against Subhash Jain.
Police came to the scene and arrested Subhash and would be presenting him in the court tomorrow.
