Income Tax department today carried out a raid at GBH American hospital and two jewelers in Udaipur – Rajawat Jewelers and Murdia Jewelers.

The raid started early morning today at the three locations and was still being carried out at the time of writing this news. The raid is expected to last till Friday evening.

As per preliminary information, Rs 1.1 Crore cash has been recovered from GBH American Hospital. Though the IT team is so-far tight-lipped about the entire proceedings, but as per preliminary information, the survey could highlight crores of undeclared income.
