Income tax teams of Jaipur and Udaipur division raided 14 premises spread over 3 districts of a businessman in Udaipur. The raids were carried out in Udaipur, Bhilwara and Rajsamand districts. Though the IT team is yet to reveal anything but preliminary investigations point towards tax evasion amounting to multiple crores.

As per the information received, IT team carried out a raid at Bhaval synthetics today morning at 5 am. The raid is still going on. The raid was simultaneously carried out at 14 premises associated with the owner family. The premises raided include the factory owner’s house and factory in Bhilwara. Factory owner has been identified as Nilesh Banger.

It is said that the IT team raided with 10-12 officers along with police force. The raid at the factory has been going on since morning and the factory gates have been closed.

It was also revealed that besides synthetic business, the business house had recently also forayed into healthcare space.
