A Dabok resident lady has alleged that three members of Pratapnagar Police thrashed her with belt and kicked her inside the Police Station. Court has asked Police to file an FIR in the case.

The victim alleged that she approached SP and Collector in the case but when no action was taken she was forced to approach the court.

In the case filed, she alleged that she was sitting in her car in a depressed mood on 5-March after not getting allocation in the liquor lottery. Sunil Bishnoi, Head Constable, Pratapnagar approached her and asked her to open the car door. When she did not open the door, he asked for her phone number. When she refused, he started abusing her. She then tried to drive her car away when Bishnoi called constable Rajeshwari and Pushpa and asked them to stop her car and arrest her in case of drunken driving.

The victim alleged that she was then taken to Pratapnagar Police station where she was kicked and brutally hit with belt. She received bruises on her body and on her eye. She further alleged that her car was forcefully banged while being brought to the Police Station and Rs 96000 that was there in her car was missing.

The victim also said that while they filed a case of drunken driving on her, they did not even get her medical tests done.

The three constables have denied the incident and said that the lady is lying. Police is investigating the matter.
