At near about 7PM today a group of men, completely drunk, entered the Forum Celebration Mall and began misbehaving with the security guard as he tried to stop them.  The security team came together and managed to send the intoxicated men out of the premises, ensuring that the customers in the mall were safe from possible harassment.

After an hour however, the same group came with additional men in a white coloured Maruti Barezza and entered the Mall premises from the Northern entrance, which leads directly to McDonalds.  When the security guard tried to stop them this time, he was beaten by the men who had sticks and stones with them.  After beating the security guard, and before the team could respond, the men threw stones at the glass doors, damaging them significantly.

Security, however, ensured that the men did not enter the Mall preventing injury or fear among the customers inside the Mall.  A few customers, however, who were either entering or exiting from the Mall at that time, did get wary of the situation.  The men were forced to drive away in the Maruti Barezza.

Mall Management informed the Sukher Police and lodged an FIR against unknown men.  The police have begun their investigations.
