15 days have passed since Gajendra Chhaparwal got murdered. The main accused of this case is yet to be arrested.

Gajendra was shot dead near Rampura. As per reports, the main accused in this case is Sunil Loat who is still absconding. Family members of Gajendra and other community members reached Collector’s office on Monday and demanded that Sunil Loat be arrested at the earliest. Gajendra’s brother Mahendra expressed his fear that Sunil can attack his father who is presently on bail. Sunil’s accomplices Krishna Baresa, Arbaz Khan and Pravin were arrested by police but the person behind this contract killing is still out of reach.

Family members also accused police of not keeping their word. Reportedly, the family is agitated that police assured the arrest of Sunil and only after the assurance were the last rites performed. They also complained that police is not taking action and not making enough efforts to find and arrest Sunil. As per DSP Swati Sharma, police is trying their best to find Sunil Loat’s whereabouts. Police has got some clues and they are taking relevant steps to find the main accused.
