A lot of drug dealing is happening in the city and around. Police is running campaigns to nab the drug dealers and their accomplices. In one such incident, Savina police nabbed a man with a huge quantity of marijuana for which he has been detained.

As informed by SP Kailash Chandra Bishnoi, an informer brought news about a man in possession of marijuana. Based on the information, teams were formed to nab this man. Police arrested Madan aka Munna s/o Mohan resident of house no. 121, Maharaja ka akhada in Ram Singh ji ki Bari, Sector 11 Hiranmagri.

Police found 1 kilo 500 grams of marijuana with Madan and arrested him under Section 8/20 NDPS Act. The marijuana has been seized by police.

Madan revealed that he bought the marijuana from Ambiya Gamar of Kotda. It may be noted that Ambiya was arrested by police a few days back. Police in now investigating the case and trying to find more about the people involved in this drug racket.
