Sukher Police Station lodged an FIR tonight as Shankar Dangi (25) was knifed to death by two men who haven’t been identified at 9 Pm on 100 feet road, Shobhagpura.

Shankar Dangi, son of Meghraj Dangi, lived in Shobhagpura and was the owner of Lakshmi Tent House at Bhuwana.

A witness, Arjun Dangi, Shankar’s relative, recalled the incident, “At 9 pm tonight Shankar was called out of his home by two boys. Seeing that both of them have knives, he ran presuming danger. The boys ran after him.” Arjun saw both the young men chasing Shankar and informed Shankar’s family about it.

Shankar was later found lying on the road side of 100-feet road by the pavement;  drenched in blood. They called 108 and sent him to M.B. Hospital where he was declared dead due to excessive loss of blood.

Family is putting the blame on Bharatlal Dangi and Jagdish Dangi for the stabbing as their father Udaylal Dangi had a quarrel with Shankar in the recent past regarding construction waste from Shankar’s house, which he allegedly dumped in Udaylal’s lane.
