2 years back a man was arrested for flinging a slipper at the dias in the court. The same man attacked one of the lawyers in the court on Friday. The lawyers have collectively refused to take up his case now.

It may be noted that Bherulal Jaat was presented before the court for a hearing in 2017 when he flung a slipper at the dias. He was taken to the court on Friday for the hearing of the slipper flinging case. Bherulal attacked his own lawyer and he was once again sent back to jail by the court. The lawyers have now refused to take up his case. The court has written to the District Legal Services Authority about this.
