In a sensational case, role of a contractual staff at MB Hospital has surfaced trying to swap a girl child for a boy child. The incident happened today at MB hospital. Thankfully, the family members of the boy child were able to spot the change and got their child back after raising a lot of hue and cry.

As per information received, a lady named Bindu Meghwal gave birth to a boy child while lady called Ratan Kunwar gave birth to a girl child today at MB Hospital. After an hour of delivery, babies of the two mothers were swapped. Right after delivery, Bindu Meghwal was told that she had a baby boy but when the mother was handed over a baby girl after an hour, she immediately raised an alarm. After almost an hour of commotion, the baby boy was finally handed over to Bindu after intervention from Police and hospital staff.

Bindu Meghwal’s husband has accused a contractual staff working at MB Hospital of swapping the babies. He said that his sister, Yashoda Meghwal saw Monika swapping the babies. The family also accused that the hospital staff colluded to ensure that Monika moved out right after the incident. It is hence suspected that there could be involvement of a larger number of people in swapping babies at MB Hospital. The family also said that Ratan Kunwar was also missing from the scene after the incident. This also highlights possible collusion between Ratan Kumwar and Monika in swapping the babies.

While a case has been lodged with Police, they are yet to take any action.
