A memorandum was presented to Superintendent of Police today where Uma Devi, Bedla Sadar Bazar accused Gopal Kumar for attempt to murder and a brawl on 5^th Aug, 2012.

According to the Memorandum, Uma Devi alleged that on 5^th August, Gopal Prajapat along with his brother Mukesh and sisters Meera and Manju forcefully eneterd in our homes and started scuffling with Nayna,  daughter-in-law; Meena, daughter and Kailash, son.

When Uma came to their rescue, they also hit Uma and her son Ashok.  They hit Uma on her knees with a wooden-stick and tried to choke Ashok to death.  Gopal also received injuries in the head in this brawl.

Uma went to lodge the complaint, but she got no proper response and was not even asked for a medical-checkup.

She asked the SP to do the needful in the case and to get their medical done to prove their stance in the case.
