It has been a year of Advocate Neeta Sharma’s murder case. The accused has finally been sent behind bars.

Advocate Chetan Menaria, accused in this case, forced Advocate Neeta Sharma to commit suicide. He was absconding for the past one year and trying to get anticipatory bail. His bail plea was rejected by the court. Police got information that Chetan Menaria was spotted at his residence. A team of police went to his place and arrested him. His car has also been seized by police.

It may be noted that Advocate Neeta Sharma consumed poison on 11^th June 2017. After consuming poison, she drove towards Mahakaleshwar Temple and fell unconscious on the road. Her father Dilip Sharma had filed a case of abetment of suicide against Chetan Menaria and his wife Sangeeta. Advocate Neeta and Chetan Menaria practised law together for 11 years before Neeta committed suicide.
