A mobile shop in the city was looted once again in a span of less than 20 days. The thieves stole expensive mobiles leaving the boxes behind.

Galaxy world mobile shop in Toran Bawdi area of Surajpole faced another theft. The thieves managed to get away with expensive mobiles worth 7 lakh rupees. They also took 80 thousand rupees from the shop. In the last loot, thieves took mobiles worth 4 lakh rupees. Shop owner Sanjay Jain, resident of Paneriyon ki Madri, reported the theft in Surajpole police station.

Surajpolice police didn’t turn up to investigate even in an hour of the report. The agitated shopkeepers went to the police station again. Police didn’t visit the mobile shop giving an alibi that all staff was busy in bank duties.

Owner Sanjay said that when his nephew opened the shop shutter in the morning, he found that the shop had been looted. Expensive mobiles were taken out from their respective boxes and empty boxes were left in the shop. Thieves entered the shop via stairs coming from the rooftop by breaking the channel gate. They even broke open the iron gate. The thieves left hammer and iron rod used in breaking the gates. As per reports, thieves looted the same around 20 days back.

After the previous loot, the shop owner had got a new mobile stock worth 7 lakh rupees. Most of the mobile handsets were more than 15000 rupees each. The thieves also took away 80000 of cash which was lying in the drawer.
