Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) will soon initiate action against the illegal construction in the Ambavgarh area near Swaroop Sagar.

As per the information available, illegal constructions on Plots 8 and 8A are under the scanner of UMC. This plot is situated on the south of Hotel Brahm Nivas.

UMC Officials said that action will be taken against the construction done in the next couple of days once the police support is made available. The hill area in the plot was being excavated using a JCB and notice has been issued against the same.

After recieving the notification, the concerned party submitted a requisition to allow JCB usage for removing the excavations already made and for creating a boundary wall around the plot. UMC has accepted this request and given 5 day permission for usage of JCB to remove the excavations.
