In another incident on Sunday, that happened in the Mohammad Palasiya village under Jhadol Police jurisdiction, unidentified men attacked a mother-daughter duo and fled.  The mother succumbed to the attack and the daughter has been admitted to hospital in serious condition.

As per news reports, Bhagli Bai, 50, was staying at her mothers place, after the death of her husband 4 years ago.  On Sunday evening, her daughter Kalibai came to Palasiya on a routine visit to her mother.  Around midnight, they reportedly entered into an altercation with a few unidentified men.  The end result was that the mother was murdered and the daughter was seriously injured. The men fled the scene soon after.

Sarpanch Prakash Chandra Dangi informed the police, subsequent to which a FSL team was summoned.  The girl has been admitted to a government hospital in Jhadol, while the mother's body was sent to the mortuary at Jhadol.
