An eye witness to a murder registered a complaint yesterday against the accused for threatening him and his family.

As per Police, the victim Mushtaq Khan, who is also a witness in the Rekha Kalbeliya Murder Case lodged a complaint at Ghantagar Police Station yesterday, alleging that the key accused Dilip Nath is threatening him on phone to back out from the case.

Khan also added that, on 1st Feb, allies of Dilip Nath came to his house in Sajjan Nagar and threatened his family along with his two brothers who are also witness in the murder case, asking them to back out from the case as witness.

Rekha Kalbeliya was a folk dancer, who was murdered on 30th Jan, 2014. In the police investigation, Dilip Nath was identified as the accused and Mushtaq and his two brothers were the witness of the crime. Mushtaq and his brothers gave the statement to the police on 16th Feb, 2014, as per the police.

Police has registered the complaint and are investigating the same.
