No bail to the man who flung slipper at judge
No bail for misconduct with judge.
Bail has been denied to the accused in the case of slipper thrown at judge. Bheru Lal Jat was in judicial custody in September 2017 when he flung a slipper at female judge. He was undergoing trial in a case under arms act. He was taken to the court for hearing where he was supposed to give a statement.
It was 25th September 2017 when Bheru Lal was presented before the court and one of the court’s employees was busy in having the documents signed by the judge. It was this moment that Bheru took out one of his slipper and flung it at the judge which hit the dias. He was then about to take off another slipper when he was stopped by the guards. District and Sessions Court have rejected his bail in this case.
